Purposes

To offer instruction to individuals of all ages, race, color, creed, focusing primarily on yachting and its related activities;

To foster national or international amateur yachting competition;

To advertise and promote the sport of yachting;

To fund the scholastic efforts of qualified persons who are associated with the sport of yachting;

For any purpose which is intended to further the sport of yachting not specified in the above.
